Stephen Carran is one of Ramsay Street Medical Centre’s highly regarded General Practitioners.

Since graduating from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Human Biology in 1997, Dr Carran has practiced general medicine for over 20 years. Throughout the duration of his medical career, Dr Carran has developed a versatile skill set including minor procedures such as removal of moles and various lesions. Dr Carran also has a particular interest in men’s health, paediatrics, sports injuries and mental health.  He also broad experience in the management of depression and anxiety.

Dr Carran is passionate in his endeavour to build relationships with his patients upon foundations of mutual respect and trust.  Dr Carran welcomes discussions of new and alternative treatments in order to produce long-lasting health solutions for his patients.
