Exercise Physiology at Ramsay Street

In our endeavour to provide ‘good health for all’, Ramsay Street Medical Centre has embraced Exercise Physiology as one of our available services, allowing patients to experience the positive benefits of physical exercise in the goal to maintain good health.

We also encourage exercise physiology as an additional treatment for our patients suffering from an array of debilitating health conditions. Our exercise physiology programs offer both short and long term improvements in cases of obesity, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, asthma, cardiovascular disease or mental health conditions.

Often an educational and therapeutic experience, our exercise physiologist will work with you to create an exercise program targeted at improving your flexibility, strength, posture and fitness, to help create new and healthy habits for patients- enabling them to live a longer, healthier life.

Ramsay Street’s Exercise Physiologist: Rob Bale

Rob possesses a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales, and is Ramsay Street’s resident-ESSA credited- Exercise Physiologist. Rob is passionate about personal fitness and promoting healthy lifestyles through collaborative problem solving to improve functioning and wellbeing. Rob provides both home-based individual and group based aerobic and HIIT programs to meet clients’ unique goals for fitness and well-being. Rob specialises in providing tailored programs for rehabilitation, management and prevention of sports injuries and chronic diseases.
